Targeted Staffing

Learning Opportunities Group’s experienced team clearly understands the staffing challenges faced by schools/school districts and stands ready to provide specialized support.

  • Engaging Interim Key Administrators:

    • When a senior-level administrative position becomes vacant, a myriad of critical functions and responsibilities continue. Learning Opportunities Group recruits and provides experienced school administrators to step in during the search/hiring process to ensure that leadership and operations continue to be managed smoothly and effectively until your new candidate is in place.
    • Examples may include: Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Building Principal, Business Manager, Special Education Administrator, HR Director, etc.
  • Staffing for Short-Term Initiatives/Projects

    • Grant-funded or other targeted initiatives often require high-quality staff for a specified period of time until outcomes are successfully achieved. Hiring individuals or a team for a limited time period, however, is a challenge within the public school environment. By contracting for these positions through Learning Opportunities Group, you can secure the skilled staff you need when you need them, with no ongoing commitments when the project closes.
    • Examples may include: staffing for implementation of short-term grant-funded projects or other initiatives; “back-office” administrative services such as human resources, accounting, payroll; interim staffing for an administrator on leave, etc.
  • Meeting Specialized Support Needs

    • School system staffing reaches well beyond hiring educators to meet instructional needs, yet school hiring structures typically are built to effectively recruit and retain educators. When securing high-quality staff in other specialized areas requires flexibility that these established structures are unable to provide, Learning Opportunities Group is here to help. Contracting for targeted employment categories provides options to adjust salary, benefits, and/or work structure to attract and secure the individuals you need.
    • Examples may include: web developers, technology system administrators, programmers, HR/Business specialists or consultants, etc.

Specialized Funding

A 501(c)(3) organization, Learning Opportunities Group is all about service, not the “bottom line.” As a result, Learning Opportunities Group is also committed to supporting education by investing in local educational initiatives through grant funding. This program is under development as Learning Opportunities Group continues to grow, and funding opportunities will be shared as they are available.
